Business Writing

Not only is it a fundamental form of communication, it is often how employers form opinions about people they interview and employ based on their written communications.  There are three main ways of communication in business:  verbal, non-verbal and written.  All of them are essential.  Good writing skills allow you to communication your message with clarity through emails, reports, cover letters, graphs, and business letters.

Negotiation

Some consider the Art of Negotiation a talent like no other.  Negotiating is part of everyday life, but in business it’s absolutely critical to your success.  Emotions and luck have no place in successful negotiation.  Homework, street smarts, and discipline will help you get the best deal possible under any circumstances.

Listening

One of our most invaluable life skills is listening.  Not only will it help you communicate better with your friends and family, but it will help you succeed in every area of your life.  But just because you’re quiet doesn’t mean you’ve mastered the art of listening.  We’ll review different dialects and accents to help you work through conversations.
